I dead lifted 315 LBs today. First time I’ve power lifted in several months. If it sounds like I’m bragging it’s only because I am.

The drugs I took drained the power out of me so that’s amazing.
I feel weak most of the time too. I can still push and do the work but things like racking the weights and body weight exercises are tough because of my lack of hutzpah. Whenever I see fitness people doing back flips and flipping and flying and what not it blows my mind.
Put your gains in the Exercise thread to help inspire others. Trying to encourage everyone to exercise and it’s good to see others doing well. No small things when it comes to our exercise.

I’ve never had a great bench. Today I did 3 x 5 of 135 but my max right now since I haven’t been working consistently would probably be around 205. I don’t think I could get 225 up at the moment sadly.
Keep going for it! My max bench was 385lbs when I was around 36 years old about 20 years ago.
