I’m scared. Really scared

No. No Alzheimer that I know of. I’m supposed to see a neuropsychologist for a test to determine what’s going on but my insurance doesn’t cover it and I don’t have the money to pay out of pocket

I’ll do something and seconds later I’ll forget that I did it.
It could be the meds.

Look into Haldol and benztropine @LilyoftheValley

I’m sorry that you are going through this.

How old are you if you dont mind me asking? Dementia is rare in young people. I have a horrible short term memory, I think its because of all the concussions ive had. @LilyoftheValley

It could also be something cognitive and related more to sz but I’m not a doctor.

Just take things easy and try not to worry too much.

I’m sure my cognition isn’t what it used to be.

“Lumosity” is a great way to train your brain. I used to do these exercises. Some are free. I take it up soon again. It seems I get slowly out of my comfort zone. Maybe you just got a selective memory.

I have benztropine prescription but never take it as I dont have akathisia or tremors anymore and I read that it can cause cognitive problems since its an anticholinergic.

@anon53623539, it’s pretty widespread. But thanks!

Its causing issues in your real life functioning at home?

Me neither. I’ve gotten some good advice here on the forum though.
