My main problems right now are poverty of speech and the facts that I can’t shave and shower every day. Everything else seems to be good.

What meds did get rid of your negative and cognitive symptoms? No meds?
I’m on a once monthly Invega Sustenna injection and I only noticed it took away my delusions. All my other symptoms seemed to clear up on their own for some reason.

Glad to hear things are improved for you. I’m fairly well recovered but still have issues with cognition, speech and basic hygiene. You’re not alone. Keep up the good work mate!
