I keep eating Halloween candy. I really need to get a hold of myself. I just can’t seem to stop. I just ate 7 mini candy bars: mini Twix and mini milky ways. I did the same thing yesterday. I’m obese so this is unacceptable.
I had to take ours out and lock it in the trunk of my kid’s car as she is visiting for my birthday this weekend. Out of sight, out of mind.
Get rid of it.
I stay stable weight wise by keeping my pantry slim stocked especially with regards to sweets
Good idea. I think I’ll ask my husband to hide the candy from me.
Very smart @agent101g
Yes I’ve done this there are so many yummy sweet treats. Once you start you can’t stop having said that I’ve done better today but it’s weekend tomorrow so I want sweet treats
I totally relate @shellys12
I was on the sugar sweets cake bus all summer. Just got bloodwork and high a1C again so quit cakes cold turkey.
Still having sugar in coffee.
It’s hard once you start, the sugars make me crave more sugar. Carbs make me want more carbs.
You’re right. It does do that. I think I need to stop all sugar for a while.
Yeah, my husband gained too. Because it’s sort of contagious. So we are both working back to healthy small portions.
Fruits or popcorn for snacks.
I only had two pieces of candy this year the trick or treaters got the rest of it
sorry…I don’t like candy that much…hide the candy is right.!
My wife: We all need to lose weight.
Also my wife: I guess we have some candy to eat now.
Uuuuugh. Darn saboteur.
I have no self control regarding candy. Never have. Have to keep it away from me.
Mr Sun took the candy to work yesterday. Perhaps that is an option for you. You can always throw the candy away in the outside garbage. It is not necessary to keep it.
Fine 2 be fat sometimes its the best option for the mental health lol

I’ve put on 30 pounds in like a month. Weird thing is I barely eat anything. For 2 years before that I was too sick to eat but this year I’m doing better and eating again. I’m definitely in calorie deficit though. Must be one of my new meds like BuSpar.
My cardiologist disagrees with you.
