I’m out of control so I’m

Starting to eat fewer calories as of today. I’m also going to eat lactose feee (I recently discovered I’m lactose intolerant), and anti inflammatory foods only.

I’ve been eating 2500 to 3000 calories a day for a couple weeks now. That’s way too much. And I’ve gained a lot over the past year and a half.

I really struggle with my weight. I have since I was in college. I really need to get a hold of myself.

I also struggle with my weight. I eat between 1200 and 1700 calories a day and my weight stays the same. I also go for a walk every morning

I support you! :hugs:

I still haven’t lost my 26 Invega pounds.

I’ve been really lazy the last month with my eating too. I don’t track calories anymore, but I’m guessing I’m in the same range as you. If I lose two pounds, I tell myself I can eat those cookies or that pastry, because I have leeway. That’s not a good idea at all. All that yo-yo crapola is really bad for you. Enough with the mac cheese and gas station subs.

I know you can do it! I saw you say here previously that you had lost 100 pounds. I know you can do it again!

A lot of us here are struggling with weight issues, it’s not easy with these psych meds

Hang in there @LilyoftheValley

Make the changes and take things slow

Yes. I lost 100 lbs (45kg) in one year. But I was so hungry it was truly awful.

I’m sorry you’re struggling too. Maintaining a lower body weight takes a lot of discipline and determination. I hope you have success in your efforts.
