I don’t know why. It’s on Facebook. I’ve watched a few to see how they could be related to my internet activity but it’s just women showing off their veils. Strange.
Rule 1 is dont read into anything in mass media or social media. Looking for connection between it and you is futile.

It’s just that usually ads, reels, etc are targeted from your browsing history
I know thats establishing some sort of intrusion on your privacy, and for some reason youre interested what it knows about you, but really just assume it knows nothing compared to what you know about yourself. There are dependancy aspects involved that I think are about insecure self image.
Yeah i dont like that the algorthms show me reels on instagram and facebook related to stuff ive searched or browsed on other apps and all that. I dont really like reels at all. If i watch them for more than 20 minutes i feel kinda spastic afterwards. It pretty much feels like its ruined my brain for the day haha. Even if what i watched was mostly pleasant or funny. I think youtube can be a bit better in that you can scroll through the videos without watching them and choose what you want to see specifically.
Maybe you googled something about islam or diversity or multiculturalism or palestine or something to get reels of women in hijabs? Who knows.

On the rare occasion that I actually log on to actual Facebook and not messenger, I usually, get like ads for dating women from other countries. Often Ukraine. I have no idea why they are assuming this is what I would be interested in. Maybe my age. IDK
They DID used to advertise guitar websites when I was playing guitar more, though. So , they got that one right.
