My sister is going with me. I have the money, I’ll probably get an Apple. I don’t really know a lot about them though, I hope they operate pretty similar to my Dell.
Yeah, I broke the hinge on the screen on my Dell and now the case is just breaking more and more and the guts are hanging out. It works still but it looks like a piece of junk.
I’ve never owned an Apple product but I did have to install a printer on a macbook once. They are a lot different. All the icons and programs are different.
Yeah, I hope you better luck than me buying electronics. I bought a “renewed” phone from Amazon recently and had to return it for replacement because it was all messed up and buggy. Then to top it all off it ended up being locked up because my pin that I entered to unlock the phone on startup would not work properly to unlock the phone. Hopefully my replacement “renewed” phone isn’t as F’d up as the first. Guess I should’ve just got my money back and bought a brand new one. Oh well.
Yeah, you’re taking your chances with “refurbished” electronics. At the worst, you’re buying someone else’s problems. I bought a refurbished GPS for my car and luckily it seems to work fine after a year of use.
My desktop is a $300 refurbished dell optiplex i bought from best buy over two years ago. I don’t game on pc, I do that exclusively on ps4, and mainly do reading and forums and stuff on pc.
You should do some research on specs or ask tech people on the forum, if you don’t know what you’re getting they will sell the overpriced underpowered stuff like apple products, which are way different than windows if that’s what you’re used to
Have fun!! I ended up spending my casino winnings on a new laptop. I like it though…it was expensive but it is a nice laptop…and it’ll last for years prob. solid state drive/no noise/updated windows/word/apps…
