I used to have ok concentration and levels of focus but somethings not right. I can’t quit again. Please no!

You can do this! Have your meds changed recently? Have you talked to your doctor about the concentration?

My abilify got upped but it’s still a huge struggle. I’m worried it’s onset psychosis.

Fx that’s not it. But I was spacey AF on abilify, so I would blame that.
