Are you on abilify?when i was abilify i used to have focusing problem. But other ap should the opposite effect on focusing. Maybe your dosage is not enough?

when I’m having a hard time focusing I take a break and go lie down for awhile. But I guess you can’t do that when you’re working. Maybe you could take a break and go for a walk. Will they let you do that?
