That is loads! Well done! Make sure your still staying healthy though.

When you say ensure, what do you mean? That’s a lot of weight to lose in a short amount of time. I hope you’re being healthy about all this, and not overdoing it.

That’s half of what I lost in a year. Be careful with rapid weight loss.

Most of what you lost was probably water, and not body fat. To lose 22 lbs of body fat you would need a deficit of 77,000 calories. That’s a lot for one month. You can gain and lose surprising amounts of weight by manipulating the amount of fluids in your body. We used to bundle up and turn up the heat and sweat all we could to dehydrate and thus lose weight from fluid loss during the wrestling season. There have been times when I lost a lot of weight in a short period of time, and there was no way I could have had a sufficient calorie deficit to do that, and I also didn’t sweat a bunch. My only explanation was that I breathed out a lot of water vapor in my breathing. If not that, I don’t know what it could have been. You can lose a pound or two during a day by pissing, but you’ll probably replace those fluids pretty quickly.

it took me four months to lose that much. i want to try to walk off the weight. i can’t afford a gym membership

God I am having so much trouble losing weight. I still haven’t lost the 30 lbs I gained from risperidone and that was like half a year ago practically. I’m really trying to go hard on my diet right now. I was exercising but got off track so that would be good to take back up as well.
