I’ve found out for myself that if I don’t eat sugar, I don’t crave sugar. At all. What a revelation!
@anon4362788 was right! Now I’m going to finish the few cookies I have left, and not buy any more, and ignore and not eat the chocolate. I’ll save the rest of that for my friend, per her request.

At first you’ll crave sugar like crazy. But if you stick with the diet long enough, it’ll go away

Replace it with fructose, it’s "sweeter " but healthier
I have my own thoughts about fructose.
This is true for all carbs in general
