I love sweet food. When I eat at a restaurant I usually have desert.

I used to have a sweet tooth but not much anymore. I will sometimes eat desert, I still like ice cream. I have a fruit smoothie in the mornings and throw raisins in my salads so that is my sweets most days. last night I had some kind of sweet wine, it was terrible, too sweet.

I crave donuts, ice cream and white sheet cake with frosting…other than that…no I drink diet coke.

I like it, and have bouts of sugar cravings… but i try to eat more healthily.

I have a sweet tooth.
I love eating sweet treats but I think I’m pretty good.

I had vegan chocolate yesterday and every weekend I have vegan magnum but apart from that I’m not thaaaat bad.

I try to minimise sugar too.

I have it in some of the sauces and in treats.

I am even gonna reduce natural sugar by reducing yogurt to one a day and fruit to two a day

I’m with you! I love all sweets and especially cakes, but white sheet cake with mounds of frosting is my nemesis. My parents are out of town and I’ve bought 2 white cakes since they left. I just picked up my second one, which I shouldn’t have bought but it wouldn’t quit staring at me in the store. :joy::joy::joy:

I tried to minimize sugar in my diet and substituted it with like stevia and It was quite effective in losing weight…!

I love honey green tea with crushed ice, I’m living it up since I will have to give it up in the near future. Other than that I prefer spicy or bland food.

Oh yeah, you can lose weight big time going cold turkey off of sugar!

Yeah it was tired at the first time cutting off all the sugars but when I got used to it, I became not craving for the sweat anymore my taste has changed :blush:

I have a huge sweet tooth, but I eat very low sugar anymore. It makes my neuropathy worse. :-1:

I can often go without eating alot of sweets. I just dont crave them.But I am a diet Pepsi junkie. It’s a habit I need to break.
