I’m back to drinking coffee.
I feel like crap in the morning without it.
I hope I’ll be able to manage the number of cups.
But I’m not sure if I’ll manage.
I feel weak, but coffee has me.

I’m addicted to it too. It’s a normal part of my routine.
Addiction can be really hard to break.
Smoking I was able to end because I really hated cigarettes but deep down I still like coffee
Could be addicted to worse things I suppose.
I believe that I have drank less than 1 cup of coffee in my entire life. Don’t like the taste. My addiction is nicotine.
I think nicotine is a really though addiction to break.
I restarted when I was in hospital for the first time in 2011 and was only able to quit in 2018.
It took me 7 years to quit cigs!
That makes two of us, sir Bowens. I’ve never liked the taste of coffee.
I’ve had four cups of coffee so far today. I might have another cup in about an hour.
Why don’t you just drink one or two cups in the morning and keep it at that?
I used to drink because of boredom. Now I don’t drink as much.
Enjoy your coffee
I wouldn’t be without my mug of tea
I love my daily coffees. Ive pretty much had at least one coffee every day for about 14 years. There are way worse things out there. I havent noticed any adverse effects from it in that time. Some other things like coke cola or alcohol or junk food would have effected my health way more badly if i had those instead of coffee. Some say that one coffee without sugar every day can actually be beneficial for health in some ways.
Basically, i think you should try not to beat yourself up about it.
Also, i feel like it might help me combat the negative cognitive effects of meds and neg symptoms. But that could be placebo. Who knows.
Caffeine is not a bad thing. Used in moderation it is actually considered a nootropic because it helps improve reaction time, alertness, memory and mood.
i’m liking drinkin tulsi tea, it doesnt have caffiene and it gives me a dopamine hit
Dude are you serious? That’s crazy! You’ve really never had coffee?
I’ve had sips of coffee. What I was saying is , It was less than a full cup combined in my life, I believe. I have had almost none.
Coffee is like alcohol and tobacco nobody likes the taste they learn to like it to see what the big deal is.
