I tried to get off the nicotine lozenges and I was having a really hard time. I put a patch on but I still was having nicotine fits. I don’t use very many, just 4 or 5 a day but I really am addicted to that much nicotine. Oh well at least it’s not cigarettes anymore, it’s much better for my health and much cheaper.
I feel for you…I am on day two cold turkey and really reeling right now…I am convinced cigarettes are going to kill me if I don’t stop so it makes it easier…good for you for sticking to your aids…it will pass…
If you want to quit, you’ll quit.
I’ve been on them for about 3 years with no ill effects.
Just a healthier way of getting nicotine, imo .
It’s so hard as that nictoine is a nasty drug. Still. Your doing well. Hang in there. It really is worth it and it gets so much easier!
Thanks @rogueone. I really like the fact that I don’t want cigarettes anymore. I guess a few lozenges really isn’t that bad afterall.
Hope it works out for you, I’m cutting back right now smoking, getting used to going periods without smoking, then will get the patch
when you get the patch make sure you exfoliate your arm really well (just scrub the crap out of it with a wash cloth) that way there’s no dead skin cells between you and the precious nicotine and the darn thing will stay on.
