I think the change in the seasons is hitting me. If I take vitamin D regularly I feel worse. But maybe one or two pills will get me out of my funk.
To see any benefits, you would have to take vitamin D on a regular basis (daily).
But see if taking it once or twice works for you.
Aw man … That’s a pity. I don’t have a deficiency or anything so can’t take it for long otherwise it actually seems to make things worse for me. I’ve tried. I’ll give one or two a go anyway.
That is really a tiny amount.
You would make that much in minutes in the summer sun.
Hard to see you becoming toxic with vitamin D if you took that daily.
I take 2000 IU Vitamin D3 daily.
I’m not sure I become toxic or anything but I definetely feel worse. But 600iu is the recommended daily maximum maybe unless you have a deficiency.

I take around 3000IU of Vitamin D daily because I don’t get enough sunlight.
