I take 600UI (15 micrograms) a day. Is this enough or should I take more?
You should ask a healthcare professional. too much can be toxic and too little is bad when ur deficient which most people are.

I got constipation when I dosed 10,000.
Now I do 1000 or 2000.
I take 10 Micrograms a day. And I probably get more from food.
I take 2000 IU of vitamin D3 everyday
600 to 800 IU should be enough
You may want to ask your doctor
I take 5000 IUs a day, but I live in Alaska where there’s virtually zero sun exposure during the winter (right now, before the solstice, we have about 3 hours of sunlight a day, and it’s -32 F).
