Our case manager had told me not to feed stray cats out in the hall, and there was this one little cat out there who was very hungry and yowling piteously for food, so I let her into my room to eat. I have a good sized tomcat who is afraid to leave my room, and when I let her in he pounced on her, trying to mate. It was a real fur ball cat fight. I grabbed my tomcat to pull him off the little female cat, and he bit me. So I grabbed a pillow and started hitting him with that, and he ran off to his hiding place. I tried to get the little female cat to eat, but she wouldn’t. So I tossed her outside. Now my tom cat and me are buddies again, but I don’t know what he would do if I had to move. He’s terrified to go outside.
Have you tried putting him in a carrier?
My cat refuses to go in one.
This has delayed Vet appointments
I’m going to shoot for September, this is when she’s due for a vaccine.
