I heard something, I suppose for the first time

The other day I was laying down and heard electronic whistling in my ear. Two seconds, that was it. Was it an audio hallucination?

I have audio hallucinations when helf asleep but never during the day.

that’s strange. also, I used to get ringing and other sounds in my ears too. i don’t get them much anymore though, so i never really looked too much into them
