Tonight I had my first audio hallucinations. I was hearing thing like whispering in my room and an ice cream truck music outside the window. Girls arguing, someone playing the piano in the living room. This was all after I woke up in the middle of the night, I was partially asleep. This is my first time having hallucinations, I got sz 2 years ago. Any advice, does it count if it only happens when I am half-asleep or is it a dream then?
It is not a sign of illness when hallucinating half asleep. It is very common. Hypnopompic hallucinations.
