I lost none so far, and feel a headache coming on. It’s been 3 days.
Try not to drink too much though
I know. Too much can be toxic. I only have 2.2 litres daily.
I love that bottle’s text. It’s so positive.
I usually drink a coffee when I’m hungry or eat an apple.
Good luck on your weight loss quest.
It is a nice bottle
Prior to this I barely drank a glass, maybe that’s why i getting the headaches,… Whether I lose or not, I hope to continue drinking …
I drink at least 2 liters of water a day for at least a year, i am still as fat as. Rumours say its bread, milk and butter what makes me fat.
I drink a lot of water and I can’t lose any weight.
A lot would depend on your sodium and other electrolytes. I take two caffeine pills and drink a pot of green tea when I first wake up, and I piss out about five pounds of fluid before I go to day treatment, usually about five or six hours later. If you are retaining water drinking a lot of water will make you gain weight.
It works if it doesn’t accumulate in your body as some meds cause it to do.
Does water infused with coffee beans count?
Naw, I’m kidding. I heard that drinking more water helps with weight loss, too. I don’t know if it’s factual, but I have heard of that.
Good luck with your weight loss journey!
i drink like a gallon a day for a while and my weight hasnt gone down from 330 lbs
Dear ish,
I’m old enough to be your grandfather. My Grandmother was on a diet her whole life. So I read some her old books on dieting. Those old books said to drink 8 glasses of water when dieting.
I think the point was to not shrink the stomach of one dieting.
Water helps, but you also need to restrict calories and exercise regularly
I feel water has helped me lose weight the most when I’ve had it right before a meal.
Something about how it helps you feel full before you overeat.
Also, sometimes I think I’m hungry, but I’m actually just thirsty. So I always try to drink something before I have a snack or an unplanned meal.
Not if the water comes in the form of beer.
Personal experience.
