I don’t get much and what i do get seems to just vanish on groceries, bills and tobacco etc
What should i do?
Its getting me down struggling so much, i honestly feel like crying

You can cut out what you don’t need. I know it is tough, but tobacco would be a start.

Ive tried and tried to quit smoking. If i afford a new top or a shower curtain im lucky. Its getting me on a downer, i can’t save what i don’t have

Im just having negative thoughts about it, ive been thinking about it for a few days on and off and getting down as its been festering inside me. In reality though what do i need savings for anyway its not like i want to save for anything
Why didnt vaping work out for you? I had to try a few different vape devices before i found a good one that i liked. Then i gradually switched from smoking to vaping over the course of a month, i didnt do it overnight. This way was fairly easy and without cravings.

I tried vaping and smoking for a couple of days but it wound me up from lack of nicotine and i was craving cigs.

Did you try high nicotine vape? Like 50 or 60mg
I don’t know what strength it is, its tobacco flavour. How do you know the strength or do you ask at the vape shop

It should be written on the vape box if its disposable and on the vape juice bottle if its refillable

If you find you’re still smoking a lot and vaping less on 18mg I would try 50mg but you need to know the nicotine limit in your country

I was smoking a lot of rollups too about 40 a day. If you were craving cigs then the vape device wasnt doing its job, it should satisfy your desire for nicotine.
I recommend trying a vape device called the juul, there are 2 versions and i think the first one is better because its possible to refill the pods which saves a lot of £.

Unfortunately in Europe including the UK the legal limit is only 20mg. Id prefer a higher strength but its enough to satisfy my cravings.

Thanks @fingolfin @Aziz ive got my vape out of hiding and put some fresh juice in it, I’ll try it for a couple weeks. Thanks both of you i understand better now
