I suppose my nicotine addiction was too strong, I do not smoke tobacco but I have some nicotine gum sometimes.
Nothing wrong with that.
Like hell you made it past smoking, congrulations, but you know keep strong in the fight to quit.
Don’t think gum is bad, like everhopeful said.
Smoking is very hard to give up, studies have said it is more addicting then opium.
Add the illness on top of this, crazy.
I found that for years before trying champix. Didn’t even finish the course and just didn’t want to spend another dime on something that was killing me slowly.
Talk to your regular doctor.
seems 80-90% of people with psychosis smoke.
i wonder if it is for some a form of self injury? or if some want to leave sooner than later?
anyway, don’t be judgmental of yourself.
Is really good you gave up the cigarettes. I would think the gum is much better than smoking, at least for the lungs and such. Maybe you can gradually wean yourself off, go a little longer between the gum gradually.
