I have gone a week without FB, dating apps and LinkedIn

I have not missed them

When I am working I also have less distractions

Do miss the supply of memes though

Was going to cancel my account here but I do like the forum format and the people here

As another thing I have changed is I do not buy food now that is unhealthy

Lost 2 kilos in two weeks since I made that change

I think everyone can do more

The problem is we’re all so different and there are so many elements that you need to align.

What I believe the biggest barrier is knowing what steps to take and in what direction to go in - the possibilities are infinite

There is no strategy that will work for you until or if you figure out how to do it your own way

Encouraging is fine, but I do not believe people should be sanctioned for not figuring this out

Our challenges are relatively unique, but I think many people without a health issue struggle with this

I closed linkedin a few days back, i figured i wouldn’t need it anymore. FB i keep just for overseas family members and dating apps i don’t use at all.

I hope you don’t deactivate your sz account - this forum would miss you

I never had Facebook, Instagram or dating apps. It feels as if I missed out. But then again I prefer being a loner having this illness and all.
