Ok for no reason

I’ve decided I need to make some changes. Eating healthier and more regular times. Trying to get a bit of exercise even if I have to use my Walker. Not quite sure if I will be a pescatarian or what will work.
I will however not quit smoking. Or drinking caffeine.
I want to lose 6 to 8 lbs a month approx. This better work or I’m out.

Well done to you for giving it a go. It’s hard bloody work but it’s so worth it. I’ve just found out I can have a holiday and eat and drink a lot and maintain my weight. So good to come out the other side and feel good about myself.

Don’t get me wrong it can be tough early but it gets easier and I’m glad your going to try. Well done to you!
