I quit smoking and don’t drink any alcohol at all. I go to college and do year 12. Of course i will be best in class. After that i study at uni something clever. I do sports and be fit. I can’t work out what is stopping me. I lived for too long in the comfortzone.
Are you thinking about a complete personality change? Where would you get the drive to do it all?
I don’t know. I love a personality change. I feel so rotten. Maybe that will help me to change.
It can begin with the first step.
You are right. Every journey starts with the first step.
@anon53623539 dude thats awesome to hear. Keep setting goals then set higher goals and keep pushing. never stop never settle, you’ll see soon enough!
I quit raw sugar this weekend. It wasn’t to hard. I used to consume pathological amounts of sugar.
There was a John Doe I met in a Psych Hospital whose twisted mind thought the Bible taught him to eat nothing more than coffee with milk. Another reason for his starving ways is that he watched his father die of an obesity related disorder. He had his starving planned out. Yet he also had a daily “plan” for what he would do when he got out and it involved a religion based coffee house and a wife. As I sadly dealt with him I thought of the wild plans I used to have. I hope he is OK somehow.
