I have constant paranoia

That never goes away. The Navy SEALs are still monitoring me and I can’t escape their watch. It’s so awful.

I also have paranoia. Sleep helps.

Lately I’ve been getting 10-12 hours of sleep per night. It hasn’t helped yet.

None of the meds I’ve tried have helped. I’ve tried lots of them, all up to the highest safe dose. I’m not a good candidate for clozapine unfortunately

Epinephrine is linked to paranoia. So make sure you not taking anything which raises it. Some things which raises it include wellbutrin, strattera, l tyrosine, omega 3 supplement etc.

Reducing cortisol greatly help to reduce epinephrine. There are many things which help to reduce cortisol. Exercising, getting enough sleep at night all help. Some herbs and supplements also help to reduce cortisol. You can search on youtube, google etc.

When you say they are following you, is it just a feeling you have or do you actually notice cars and people following you?

I see them following me, and staying mostly hidden but I still spot them. Sometimes they crowd in on me too. They also have others follow me and report on me to them @Italy2010

I feel for you, @LilyoftheValley Paranoia is exhausting and painful.

Yeah police wouldn’t believe you either, I know the feeling. Best not to try to antagonise them or anything just accept it

Yes, I have paranoia. Mostly about being alone. I’m not self reliant.
