I have completed 9 fasts

10 tomorrow. I don’t fast two days a week so… anway…

I have lost about 7 pounds in those two weeks

My guess is that all this is water weight but i feel good anyway…

I am not starving myself. I eat well. I eat between 10am and 6pm though and then I stop.

As long as you’ve got something that works for you. People’s bodies work differently, and what might be great for one person is bad for another.

I’m sorry if that’s the case this can be removed. I’m eating my full meals just restricting the time in which I eat.

I don’t think eating well within 8 hours is extreme so I’m guessing your post is ok

That’s awesome! I’ve thought about maybe doing intermittent fasting, but I don’t think I can give up my coffee and almond milk I drink when I get up.

I guess you don’t have to follow the rules that rigidly… You can start your first meal or drink whenevrr you want. So if you have coffeee at 8 , and your last meal at 7. You gotta find what works for you. :slightly_smiling_face:

I’ve always seen it explained as a 16-20 hour fast and 4-8 hour eating window. I already do 12 hours between eating most days since I don’t eat after dinner. 🤷
