As mentioned I hardly do it much just upto three times a week if I can manage it then more. I eat everything I want , haven’t changed that. I just restrict the time.
I eat after 10am. And before 6pm. Nothing but water or herbal teas after that.
I’m down from 12st 8lbs to 12st 1 lbs, it’s taken me weeks though I’d say 2 months
