I just found out they do an extensive background check.
I don’t have a history of arrests or anything
But I also didn’t stay at a job more than a year with the exception of a job I did from 1993-2000. I’ve had many jobs.
The worst thing that could happen is you don’t get that particular job.
And that’s not going to actively hurt you.
There’s no need to be nervous or get worked up about it.
Give yourself a break and try to make it fun.
You’re a kind woman that any employer would be happy to have.
Go out there and do your best.
If you don’t get the job,
On to the next.
You’ll find a good match,
It just takes a minute sometimes.
