I have a big tip for you that may help you function

I now came up with the following idea:
I noticed that when I am on the internet, I can surf for a long time continuously, longer than desired and
it obstructs my capacity to get things done.
The solution: I want to start using a timer, a device that you can set time and after the time expires it emits a sound, such a timer can help me avoid spending too much time on the internet.
I wanted to share it with you because it may help you as well as me.

I use it a bit as a reward intermittently during day and also use outlet for things no one wants to talk about and that I don’t discuss with others bc they won’t under understand. I do that when I am completely stuck bc it is somewhat productive to be on here while I am stuck in the morning. But my brain gets tired and I have to take breaks. This is helpful for me. But I understand where you are coming from. I will try that

Me too Chess! I usually go on this forum when I have problems and need advice. Today I went to volunteering even though I had a difficult time I still tried my best. I will try to never give up if I can from doing something.

That’s a pretty good idea, @Chess24. There’s also browser add ons that you can set to cut off certain sites at certain times. I forgot the name.
