I hate this bedtime paranoia

Sensing a presence. Anxiety ramping with noises. I tried getting to sleep and then there’s a noise in the bedroom that puts me on edge.


Everytime I took Latuda I had this feeling. Its unpleasant.

It’s like a mix of anxiety and worry.

Did you ever try listening to white noise at bedtime?

It helps me block out the sounds of cars and barking dogs outside.

The RelaxingWhiteNoise YouTube channel has 10-hour white noise videos for free. Some of them are rain, some are the sound of fireplaces, some of them are even science fiction and include the sounds you might hear in the bedroom on a space station.

Maybe have a late time snack and try to relax watch tv or listen to music.

Slept just under 6 hours with bedroom light on.
