I hate Spring because of the severe storms

another severe storm warning monday. so tired of worrying whether the trees in the back yard are going to fall or not…I guess it just doesn’t matter…what happens will happen.

We have alot of rain here in some areas of the country it can cause flooding destroying people’s homes.

You need to make plans for where you will hunker down in case of a tornado. There are no tornado shelters where I live, so I got a nice corner under my bed in my room where I will duck and cover in the event of a tornado. Maybe you can locate a safe place to hunker down in a tornado. Be careful about driving to a shelter. One time my mother and me drove for ten minutes of a fifteen minute tornado warning getting to shelter. I heard on the news about this family that took off for the tornado shelter and didn’t make it. They all got killed on the way to the shelter, and their house wasn’t touched by the tornado.

thanks, there is a walk in closet we hunker down in in the interior side of the house, it’s a beeotch getting the dogs in there…only when the sirens go off do we do that though…

My town borders Oklahoma so we get tornado scares from time to time. Nothing this year so far. It does get old when it’s happening a lot. It’s stressful.

As a boy I always loved storms…but since the turn of the millenium we had that super tornado in like 2004 here in Oklahoma…ever since then I started fearing tornadoes…

we get the severe storm tomorrow night…early evening…not looking forward to crawling in the walk in closet with the dogs…hope it’s ok.

i hate storms also, even tho they are natural they seem unnatural, like ill take cold temps and feet of snow over randomized mass destruction any day

Yeah I’m in Arkansas. It missed us. It’s cloudy and a little cooler but we didn’t get anything.
