I hate exercise! It makes me feel awful!

I exercise vigorously every day, makes me feel awful!
I hate exercise!
I guess I will keep exercising because it is important for health.

Me too.
People keep telling me that I need to exercise and that it’ll make me feel much better and all that crap, but whenever I try, my paranoia gets stronger, my self-hate flares up, and my entire body hurts for literally weeks afterwards.
Not as in “i’m a little sore”, but as in “I think I’ve seriously damaged my knees”

I don’t care if it IS the miracle cure-all some people seem to think it is, it cannot possibly be good for someone when it gives them paranoia and self-hate.
I’d rather go without and just be a fatty for the rest of my life. At least this way, I’m happy.

Me too. I hate being sweaty, I hate people who come to gym, I hate sport clothes, I hate muscle pain. Lol.

I exercise every day, already early in the morning and I love it, you can too, I have combined my exercising with my other hobbies such as picture taking, grocery shopping and so on … I never go to gyms, I have my own weights and my bicycle of course … in this morning after 6 AM I was happy to see a few other MI persons exercising too, riding their bicycles …
