An unfortunate thing about me is sometimes exercise makes me feel bad. I’m used to it lifting my spirits afterwards but today the sunlight and dryness ( we are in a drought and the humidity was low ) made me feel bad. What is your experience? Does it always make you feel better?

Exercise does generally make me feel better, but sometimes i feel worse if my hips or knees hurt at the end of a long walk. It reminds me that I’m old and that eventually my body will fail me.

I’ve been walking every morning with my mom. We don’t push it to hard. Out in the heat busting my ass on yard work sucks. Ive felt like crap afterwards. Headache and hallucinating.
Nope. Sometimes I feel awful after I have exercised, especially if I get caught out in forest fire smoke. But I will feel even worse if I don’t exercise at all so I keep going. Besides, some exercise can be a blast (Beat Saber!).
I do exercise very early morning and I find it sets me up for the day to be more productive
