I had some urine and blood tests done the other week and the results that came back are not good
My diabetes is not under control and I have liver disease. Which I am now taking medication for.
I see the diabetic nurse next week ,so she might tweak my medications

For me, my constant strict diet is integral in my battle against weight gain.
I lost a few kilos a few years ago and fight every single day to keep them off.
I am often hungry but for me there is nothing I can do but have a limited diet.
A medicated sz has to live on a constant diet as the meds really do put the weight on.
Never buy fast food! Have no frozen pizzas, biscuits (cookies), sweets or a deep fat fryer etc in the house is my advice.
Yes. Also don’t entertain yourself in any way, have no hobbies, dont read books and castrate yourself so the urge to, you know, is significantly lessened.
Just kidding on the above post. I have diabetes as well. Crap condition to have. Eating is a big part of the joy in life.
