Recently I’ve stopped using my nespresso coffee machine because of the high cost of the coffee pods.
I recently switched over to using my mini Mr Coffee brewer instead.
I’ve been consuming a whole pot of coffee for the last four days and I’ve been noticing my anxiety levels rising a bit more, I’ve also been more irritable. Today some depression reared its ugly head.
Going to make my coffee weaker and use half a pot instead.
I’ll see how things go.
I really thought that I was immune to the effects of too much coffee.
I’ve found more coffee increases my sleep by a good margin so keeping on it because it’s good sleep. it really ticks all the boxes on the fitbit but finding stress with dad has made me sleep less…
I gave up coffee and switched to caffeine pills instead. I also drink a sauce pan full of green tea every morning. That’s a lot of caffeine, but I have drank large amounts of caffeine for the past fifty years. I think it has a few bad effects on me, but I am so psychologically addicted to caffeine it isn’t funny. I think this amount of caffeine inflames my connective tissue. However, there was this French writer named Balzac that drank fifty cups of coffee a day. It killed him, too. He died from it, but he wrote some great literature. Something similar might get me if I don’t change my ways.
@Wave I add 3 tablespoons of caffeinated, ground coffee to a whole 12 cup Mr. Coffee pot or carafe. That’s the perfect strength.
I’m sensitive to caffeine as well. I drink one whole pot every day and I’m now sleeping 8 - 9 hours every night like clockwork. My mood is calm, and content. No depression.
i want to increase my coffee. ive read it has good health benefits. my grandma has drank tons of it all her life and shes late 80s with no health issues, no prescriptions.
Yeah same here honestly I find coffee helps relax me everybody else says it makes me act a bit weird and agitated I just get frustrated that there giving me a hassle over it
I used to drink tons of coffee. I can’t do that on perphenazine. It doesn’t give me that manic effect like it did on invega. I actually miss that. Getting wound up and watching YouTube, reading, or just getting into something. I average 2.5 cups in the morning.
