I got new glasses today

I got distance, reading, and sunglasses. I got bigger glasses than I normally wear so I’ll have to get used to them. And I’m glad I can see so clearly now :slight_smile:

I remember when I got them, again, as a teen, I couldn’t judge distance… nearly fell over… yes, laughing, when trying to step off the sidewalk to the parking space… lol

I used to have that and a lazy eye as a youngster. Had to wear a patch for a while. They both corrected themselves.

Now, I use them for distance and bifocals, too. Lol

It’s called aging roflmao

Yup. Except, I needed trifocals at 23. I decided I was too young for all that and I got LASIK surgery on my eyes. Now I need a muncher weaker prescription so that’s nice. Before the surgery I was legally blind.

What do trifocals do? I’ve had reconstructive surgery with plates, so I’m not a candidate for lasick

They’re for distance, midrange, and closeup. They can also be for distance, looking at a computer, and closeup (reading).
