I don’t know what it is, maybe the abilify. I don’t usually drink alcohol. I keep coffee before 1 pm and I try to sleep a healthy nap everyday. But I cannot do anything after, like, 3 pm because I feel so tired. I usually sleep 8 or 9 hours at night.
Days start usually at 9 or 10 am and I have only 5 or 6 active hours per day…
Can be meds.
Can be mood.
Or you just tired.
dreamer54, i too am on abilify and also tire easily. i think it is depression that makes us tired and the abilify has an anti depressant to it but we know about those and their side effects. still for me abilify is better than all other ap i have taken. judy
I also felt tired after starting abilify, but I’ve been on clopixol and I was tired a lot more, I remember that I could barely climb a ladder on this medication
