Yes same with me very positive trying to find books about diet health and workouts.
That’s amazing! Taking a note to what happened last few days might be good idea. Good mood can also be manufactured in a way that if person repeats chain of good events and then they will feel good after few days later. This can be recreated with good or bad food person eats few days prior. I found it also applies to mood and behavior.
I’m fine too today.
