I really do. I can concentrate on reading much better than before and I function better everywhere.
I feel much more energetic at times and I enjoy that feeling immensely.
it is good to see a little light at the end of the tunnel.

So amazing this feeling is! I am happy for you, Judy. Could I know what med are you on and at what dose? How long have you been on it? I think the med you have been taking must be wonderful.
@ifeelblessed congratulation to you,I am happy for you.Since I started to think more positively I had more energy and less sleepy and I also fine that I feel less stress and less worrys,I think it’s important to remain positive or start thinking positive if you had not.
My meds had also helped me function better, the abilify stopped most of my psychosis and I want to thank personally to mirtazapine, mirtazapine helped me less depress and feel better overall
I am still improving but am thankful for all these that helped and also all is you guys here who supported and encouraged each other all along, thank you guys
thank you both for your replies. I am on abilify but I don’t want to record here exactly how much. I have been on abilify for a decade or so. prior to abilify I had been on other psychotropics that made me uncomfortable, stiff and in pain. I was a wreck from those. I am very happy with abilify.
also, the support we have here on this site is wonderful indeed. I also, like mobc attribute my recovery in part to this site. thank you to everybody here for helping me and others out. I hope with my little ideas I have reciprocated.
hugs to you, judy
This is excellent news. I’m glad the reading is coming back and the feeling of having some energy.
It’s starts slow… and then it gains ground
Congratulations.
Glad to hear you are doing so well. I too have lost the desire to read, and I used to read a lot.
Would you feel that you are no more fragmented and now become one?
Maybe something to do with concentration or focus of the mind.
Congratulations!
i still get moody but not really fragmented.
what’s sad to me is I lost so much time to this sz disease. so many many years.
I hope you guys have much better luck than I did.

You need uplifting spirit. Plenty of time ahead.
I understand that completely. I have to keep telling myself that what’s done is done.
**So happy for you Judy!

Good. Now go grab life by the ball.
