I feel miserable too today

Just finished some work . . .
had a cup of cereal

8 days of 800-1200 calories a day without alcohol and no weight loss whatsoever - I do have a much flatter tummy - just the fat should start melting away.

I am also not doing any exercise whatsoever.

The snow has melted… I have ugly memories - and not much to look back to and smile.
I am also worried about going to god knows where - but whatever - just gonna take it easy for now.

yeah change isn’t easy I guess - that is my main concern especially for MI. Change of environment, people, weather, lifestyle - It is stupid but I don’t know what the ■■■■ to do.

I am not sure how much I have to make to live independently - will have a chat with my brother

I’m seriously down, too. I took the bus to class from the parking lot rather than walking the two miles. Just no energy and no enthusiasm.

Seems like a lot of us are having a pretty lousy day.

I would say I am miserable but cannot feel it, if that makes any sense.

It’s possible the lack of calories is making you feel miserable too. You shouldn’t go below 1200/day. It’s dangerous.

Yeah… last night i had meat with vegetables and rice and it was good :innocent: Maybe i should have some sugary fruit

I really probably need meat. I haven’t had any in about a week, this is probably the problem.

You won’t lose weight in any meaningful way if you’re eating less than 1200 calories a day. Your body adapts to run on fewer calories and save everything as excess fat because it thinks you don’t have access to food. The best way to lose weight is to calculate your bmr using any online calculator, and subtracting 200 calories from that number.

Count me in…perhaps for the last few days.
Too much food makes me feel awful and then dieting makes me nervous and grumpy… :pensive:
Luckily I’m so simple minded that sometimes it only takes a few good memes to make me forget this fundamental injustice. :relieved:

No, 1320 would be good. 1200 is starving yourself. You’ll never be able to lose weight effectively that way.

It’s okay - some days I eat more - some less - I don’t even feel hungry - I am not very big food person.
