8 days of 800-1200 calories a day without alcohol and no weight loss whatsoever - I do have a much flatter tummy - just the fat should start melting away.
I am also not doing any exercise whatsoever.
The snow has melted… I have ugly memories - and not much to look back to and smile.
I am also worried about going to god knows where - but whatever - just gonna take it easy for now.
yeah change isn’t easy I guess - that is my main concern especially for MI. Change of environment, people, weather, lifestyle - It is stupid but I don’t know what the ■■■■ to do.
You won’t lose weight in any meaningful way if you’re eating less than 1200 calories a day. Your body adapts to run on fewer calories and save everything as excess fat because it thinks you don’t have access to food. The best way to lose weight is to calculate your bmr using any online calculator, and subtracting 200 calories from that number.
Count me in…perhaps for the last few days.
Too much food makes me feel awful and then dieting makes me nervous and grumpy…
Luckily I’m so simple minded that sometimes it only takes a few good memes to make me forget this fundamental injustice.
