I dont know what to do I just feel so upset and angry. I get blamed for everything and I’m ugly what’s the point.

There are days like that. Some days I feel so ugly that even if I looked like Angelina Jolie it wouldn’t help my mood. I think it’s part of the illness.
They’re the ones who are ugly. Being a good and kind person shows through (so does being mean and negative). I think you’re not ugly at all and you’re letting bullies get to you.

When did you last get your hair cut? How much do you take care of it?
How much effort do you put into your wardrobe and wearing fitting clothes?
Those are the biggest factors in looking good IMO.

I see dozens of people everyday and very few would I say are good looking or beautiful. People just have their own unique face and body and other people accept them for it.

Feelings are not facts.
For example, I can have someone sit in my kitchen and say, “I don’t feel welcome here,” when actually I know they are completely welcome.
HP Lovecraft thought he was the ugliest person alive. He might have been gay and definitely had a lot of self loathing, but he made people happy when they talked to him.
In a way doesn’t that make you the most beautiful person alive.
I hope you feel better, looks are not the only thing that matters.
I can only imagine how this woman feels, she was dubbed “World’s Ugliest Woman” but if you listen to her talk she is a really cool woman, smart, funny, great personality.
I don’t believe there is a such thing as an ugly woman.
