What’s the worst thing bothering you?
Myself, my brain, just overwhelmed with symptoms
Do you do breathing exercises?
Maybe do some of those and make a list of specific symptoms that are getting you the most.
I do that sometimes.
I realize when I do that,
Some of the symptoms are more manageable than I think.
All together, they’re impossible,
But picked apart, they’re easier.
I know some of those demons I’ll never get,
However,
You can change a lot of things with simple change.
I’m sorry you’re not feeling well.
You deserve to live comfortably in your skin and it seems like you’re struggling with that.
Your not alone. Just hold on… It always gets better for a while…even if just a little?

Physically yeah I’m very agitated wanting to crawl out of my skin type of feeling lately. I’m doing ok with body image stuff.
