Yes, it was in my pantry with bags piled on it. I don’t know if it’s any good still, I’ve never used it. But the batteries appear to be dead at the very least, so I had to order some batteries (it takes buttons).
I know a lot of experts say don’t weigh yourself all the time because of normal fluctuations. And it’s not mentally healthy to obsess on it daily, yada, yada. I think I remember them saying once a week was good. Well, I get weighed at mental health once a week. But for me, I like to weigh about once every 3 days or so and you should lose a pound in 3 days if you’re on track.
I get weighed tomorrow, I’m pretty sure I’ve gained. But then again, I wasn’t bad like having sweets and junk, so maybe I’m ok. See, this is why I wish my scale was working, I could check and then let it go.
I’m 250 pounds and five feet seven inches tall and my blood pressure is normal and blood sugar’s are normal. I’m overweight according to my weight but i carry this weight well for my stocky body frame. The human body has variables and each person is different. Good luck
