I just took my sleeping pill and a doctor prescribed pain killer and I don’t feel tired normally I feel tired by now but tonight not so I don’t think I can sleep… So much pain

Mild insomnia? When I was on abilify I couldn’t sleep. Do you sleep during day? Damn meds
@roxanna I actually use to sleep only 30 min a night so it’s pretty extreme but I took my meds and am still awake

I don’t think I can sleep either. I took my sleeping meds an hour ago and I feel nothing. At least it’s the weekend.
@falcon09 I’m sorry… I’m in so much pain tonight my Tylenol 3 didn’t even fully kill the pain…
Why are you in pain? I’m sorry you’re hurting. Most night I’m up because of painsomnia, too.
I was just a plain old insomniac before meds. No pain, fortunately. Still sucked ass though. Sometimes it happens in spite of the meds, even when I take haldol and/or benadryl with them, and I’m on 500mg of Seroquel. Honestly, my best advice is to not fight it. If you’re up, you may as well be up and doing something fun, as opposed to just laying in bed, staring at the wall for hours. Catch up on a TV show, read a book, play some video games. People say that these things are bad for sleep, but honestly, the whole “stay in bed with your eyes closed” trick doesn’t do anything other than make you feel like you’ve been just laying there for days.

Since i got accident (stay at hospital for 15 days) i can not go my job so my sleeping pattern changed. İm reading book or i playing video game until morning.
