Its like my childhood has been stripped from me. Like i just lost a piece of my soul. I loved Star Wars but i don’t even know what to think anymore. It wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t good. Its like in this weird realm of confusion or something. I can’t even describe what i just experienced

Disney messed up big time by drastically changing the canon from the extended universe. Certain things had to be changed, like Han Solo had to die because Harrison Ford wanted to quit the series, but they changed so much I disregard the “canon” in favor for Legends. it’s unfortunate.
It was terrible. The only thing i liked about it was that it was Star Wars. Take away Star Wars from that movie and it would be a pretty awful story. My childhood has been ■■■■■■ by mickey mouse

I saw the original Star Wars when it was released in a movie theater when I was 11 years old!..in 1977.
It blew my mind!
I saw it when i was 5 or 6 on vhs. It was the greatest thing i ever saw. But now ill never get to go back especially since disney took it over
