i have absolutely nothing on my mind, i even had a hard time keeping up the conversation with my niece while she was here, she just left. typically i am very talkative but for the last 2 days i have nothing to say, very unusual, but mom and dad are enjoying a quieter me.

the only thing im doing different is taking niacin, 1500 mg.

1500mg is called mega dosing. It will damage your liver.

Probably not.
The recommended daily dose is only 25mg. I take 100mg every other day as it’s supposed to decrease your odds of getting dementia.
I’d toss the 500mg pills and get 100mg pills instead. The flush kind is better than the non flush kind.
