I made it past the three day marker…now if I can just keep it this way…it was so hard to get to day three I don’t want to ever do it again…but anyways…for now…I am successful.

yes, there is still a need to stay away from cigs after three days…but the first three days are the threshold.

Sorry I haven’t read it yet. Is on my shelf next to me right now. The game of thrones books are a lot bigger than I expected. I only read r book infor 30mins at night so it will take a while.
I promise I will read it in the future though
