no dairy, vegan breakfast, lunch, and snacks. but alas i eat 8 ounces of meat for dinner. only 127 grams of protein in my daily diet but i think i can build muscle with less protein because i get enough calories and vitamins, micronutrients etc.
When I’m at my weakest I avoid certain foods, dairy included.
I can’t imagine giving up dairy. Cheese and ice cream is so good, and milk pairs so well with certain foods.
i am about to go and buy a soya yogurt lol. good times
i also cut out sugar and gluten. my skin will be glowing without these foods. i still allow fruit but no soda or whatever.
Cutting out soda is a healthy thing to do.

if i go without the meat i would have about 87 grams of protein in my diet. i eat 5 servings of beans and nut butters, grains and seeds mostly for my protein.
i will probably go vegan when i reach 180 pounds. might add a pea protein powder or something and take a multivitamin for my b12.
the more i think about it i think i will cut out the meat, so i need to buy a vegan protein powder and some nutritional yeast for b12. i think 100 grams of protein should be enough. i’ve never bought nutritional yeast before, i don’t even know where to get it.
Nutritional yeast is really good. It’s loaded (and I mean LOADED) with b vitamins.
