@LilyoftheValley and @Leaf, thank you for your sympathy. My whole psychotic break had to do with my efforts to forget it all. I am safe now but still scared.

@PinCushion my own father abused me as a very young girl and I didn’t feel safe until he passed away just a few years ago. Believe me when I say I know how scary it is and I am truly sorry that you suffered so. I wish I could give you a hug and let you know everything is going to be okay.

I’m so very sorry @PinCushion, and @Leaf. My father abused me physically, mentally and sexually my whole childhood. I know how awful and painful that is. It affects you your whole life. I stayed full of rage and anger towards my parents my entire life because of the abuse. I’m only now, in my older age, starting to get over it.

You need to talk to someone about this chordy, like a therapist. This is quite serious.

If it helps you feel any better, my mother sexually abused me when I was a child. I don’t blame her though, she was young.
I learned to forgive her through lots of therapy.
Your father was a coward and I hope you can forgive him and heal as well.
